The Women Lawyers Association of the ACT and Maddocks are proud to present a special event screening of On the Basis of Sex.
On the Basis of Sex tells an inspiring and spirited true story that follows young lawyer Ruth Bader Ginsburg as she teams with her husband Marty to bring a ground-breaking case before the U.S. Court of Appeals and overturn a century of gender discrimination.
The screening will take place from 5:45pm on Thursday 7 February 2019 at Palace Electric, Nishi Building in New Acton with each ticket to the screening including a glass of wine and a choice between a small popcorn and an ice cream.
