2025 ACT Women Lawyers Awards Gala Dinner
On 7 October 2025, we held our spectacular flagship event as the ACT legal community – spanning government lawyers, lawyers in private practice, members of the bar and bench, academics and community legal organisations - came together for our biannual Gala at the picturesque National Gallery of Australia. It was wonderful to see so many women lawyers and supporters gathered to celebrate achievement and connection. As reflected by our President, Annabel Griffin, part of the WLA ACT’s mandate is to celebrate everyday courage, care and leadership that fortify and underpin our networks and it was inspiring to see the care, support and friendship evident in the room on the night.
We were proud to honour 10 outstanding women lawyers whose significant contributions to the law and the ACT community have left a lasting impact. Congratulations to all our Award winners across all categories!
